Biography
What I do best is enjoy my job! I had the fortune to find a position where I can face the challenges of our county’s youth with optimism and confidence. In return, I receive the gratification of knowing I might have helped a youth succeed and find their life goals. Working with the Youth Opportunity Program and the EMPOWER Program has given me the opportunity to use my past experience and knowledge in assisting youth through motivation and guidance. My work history includes Human Resources Management, Training Coordinator, Youth Advocate, Business Owner, and Career Educator.

Give my time and knowledge willingly to my participants; provide tools for success as well as motivation to strengthen confidence and with guidance allow them to color in their own future.
